Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing and amending notes and financial models with correct information gathered from various sources. You will also play a key role in assessing and structuring credit notes, interacting with collections and sales teams, and meeting customers to understand different industries and markets. Additionally, you will be involved in pre-approving and rating clients, conducting training sessions, monitoring post-disbursement documents, managing portfolios, evaluating risks, performing detailed financial analysis, and developing market intelligence. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and amend notes and financial models with accurate information - Assess and structure credit notes with a focus on credit facility assessment - Interact regularly with collections and sales teams to track delinquencies - Meet customers to understand various industries and markets - Pre-approve and rate clients with exposure more than Rs 500L - Conduct training sessions for sales teams on product policies and processes - Monitor post-disbursement documents through interaction with sales and customers - Manage portfolios to ensure quality documentation and delinquency levels - Work on projects/process improvements periodically - Evaluate transaction, business, financial, and industry risks - Identify and mitigate relevant risks associated with transactions - Perform detailed financial analysis focusing on P&L and Balance sheet movements - Conduct detailed financial appraisals covering business models, working capital cycles, profitability, etc. - Develop market intelligence by engaging with other banks and financial institutions - Identify automation opportunities and contribute to new product development - Ensure quality credit underwriting - Raise early warning signals for stressed accounts and facilitate timely exit - Address audit queries promptly to meet prescribed timelines - Stay updated on CE / CV market practices - Actively participate in customer visits - Maintain regular MIS on market intelligence Qualification Required: - Minimum Degree: MBA/PGDBA/PGPM/CA or Equivalent (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description) Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing and amending notes and financial models with correct information gathered from various sources.
