Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Credit Manager with 3 to 9 years of experience to analyze personal unsecured loans applications in a microfinance company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit analysis, approval, and disbursement processes.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze personal unsecured loans applications to determine creditworthiness.
Conduct thorough credit checks and risk assessments to minimize potential losses.
Approve or decline loan applications based on established criteria.
Monitor and manage credit portfolios to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to improve credit quality and reduce defaults.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in microfinance or personal loans.
Strong knowledge of credit analysis, approval, and disbursement processes.
Experience with software used in the industry is required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Qualification: B.A, B.C.A, B.Com.
