Credit Manager

Role Overview: As a Credit Manager for Working Capital Finance, you will be responsible for managing a team of Credit Managers, underwriting and making proposals for Working Capital Finance (both Fund and Non Fund based). Your role involves ensuring the quality of underwriting cases, visiting customers for discussions, monitoring portfolio quality, and evaluating proposals for Home Loans and Loan against Property. Decision making within defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and coordinating with various departments are also key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of Credit Managers - Underwrite and make proposals for Working Capital Finance - Visit customers for personal discussions and deal structuring - Study monitoring reports and maintain portfolio quality - Evaluate proposals for Home Loans and Loan against Property - Make decisions within defined TAT - Coordinate with sales, operations, legal, technical, and customer service departments Qualifications Required: - CA qualification with relevant underwriting experience Additional Details: Understanding of property related aspects (such as legal title and market value of the property) is considered an added advantage for this role. The ideal candidate should possess technical underwriting experience, analytical skills, 2-4 years of experience in relevant working capital products, effective time management abilities, be a team player, and demonstrate a sense of urgency and eagerness to learn.,
