Job Summary


The Credit Control Executive will be responsible for monitoring customer credit limits, ensuring adherence to credit policies, and supporting smooth order processing. The role involves coordinating with sales, accounts, and operations teams to minimize credit risk while enabling timely order execution. The position requires strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and basic financial understanding.

Key Responsibilities


• Monitor and control customer credit limits in line with company credit policies.


• Review and approve sales orders based on credit availability and payment status.


• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch. • Track outstanding receivables and follow up with internal teams for payment updates.


• Place orders on hold or release orders based on credit approval and payment confirmation.


• Maintain accurate records of customer credit exposure, outstanding balances, and order status.


• Escalate overdue accounts or credit-related issues to the management as required.


• Prepare basic reports related to credit utilization, pending orders, and receivables.


• Ensure compliance with internal controls and documentation requirements.


• Support audits and internal reviews by providing necessary credit-related data.

Skills & Competencies


• Basic understanding of credit control, accounts receivable, or order-to-cash processes.


• Good communication and coordination skills.


• Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.


• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.


• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.


• Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.


• Willingness to work night shifts.

Educational Qualification


• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.


• Candidates with relevant hands-on experience may be considered irrespective of degree specialization.

Additional Information


• This is a Work From Home role; however, the candidate must report to the Head Office during the initial training/on boarding period as required.


• Stable internet connection and a suitable home working environment are mandatory.
