Credit Control Executive

Job Purpose:

• Make outbound calls to customers/clients regarding pending payments.
• Remind customers of due dates, outstanding amounts, and payment terms.
• Maintain daily calling records and update payment status in the system.
• Coordinate with the accounts team to reconcile payments and outstanding balances.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients while ensuring timely collections.
• Escalate chronic defaulters or disputes to the senior management.
• Prepare and share daily / weekly collection reports.
• Ensure targets for collection and follow-up calls are achieved.
• Assist in reducing debtor days and improving cash inflow.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi, English, and regional languages preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel for record keeping.
• Persuasive and confident on calls.
• Ability to handle objections and resolve queries professionally.
• Discipline, patience, and customer-oriented approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate (Any discipline) or 12th pass with relevant experience.
• 13 years of experience in telecalling / collections / recovery preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing / trading company will be an added advantage.
