You will be working as a Billing Manager at Times Internet, overseeing all aspects of billing operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high service standards for internal and external customers. Your role will involve submitting client invoices, coordinating with finance, sales, and client success teams, reconciling billing discrepancies, monitoring key metrics, maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with taxation and statutory requirements, and developing billing policies and procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Submit client invoices in line with contracts and media campaigns. - Coordinate with the finance, sales, and client success teams. - Reconcile billing discrepancies, resolve client queries, and escalate issues when necessary. - Monitor key billing metrics and provide reports to management, showing performance and identifying areas for improvement. - Maintain accurate financial records and update billing databases. - Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, etc.) and other statutory requirements. - Manage KYC and Vendor Onboarding process as per set SOP. - Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3 -7 years of experience within customer service, banking, media, or advertising sectors. - Strong knowledge of invoicing, taxation, and compliance requirements. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proven conflict resolution and customer service expertise. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/billing software. - Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, critical thinking, and analytical skills for resolving complex billing issues and meeting deadlines.
