Job Description: Credit Card Sales Executive Position Summary The Credit Card Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers for the bank’s credit card products through direct sales, lead generation, and promotional activities. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining product features, and ensuring high-quality service to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, telesales, events, and referrals. Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria clearly. Collect and verify required documents for credit card applications. Ensure accurate and compliant submission of application forms. Maintain strong product knowledge (limits, charges, reward programs, offers). Follow up with customers to ensure application completion and activation. Meet monthly sales targets assigned by the bank/financial institution. Build strong relationships with customers to drive referrals. Provide feedback to managers regarding customer needs and market trends. Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines. Required Qualifications Minimum: High School Diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1–3 years of experience in sales (banking/finance preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle queries professionally. Basic computer and documentation skills.
