Job Description

1. DSA Network Development

  • Identify, onboard and grow sub-DSA, agents and channel partners
  • Expand credit card sourcing network across assigned areas or cities
  • Ensure active, productive and compliant partner base

2. Channel Sales Performance

  • Drive credit card sales through partner network
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sourcing and revenue targets
  • Improve approval and activation ratios across partners

3. Partner Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong working relationships with DSAs and agents
  • Act as primary point of contact for partner support and escalation
  • Ensure partner satisfaction and long-term association

4. Partner Enablement and Training

  • Train partners on credit card products, eligibility and documentation
  • Share bank updates, campaigns and policy changes
  • Support partners in improving sales quality and conversions

5. Bank and Issuer Coordination

  • Coordinate with banks for partner sourced applications
  • Resolve bank-related issues, rejections and payout concerns
  • Align partner sourcing with bank eligibility and compliance norms

6. Process, Quality and Compliance Control

  • Ensure adherence to RBI, bank and internal compliance guidelines
  • Monitor documentation quality and rejection trends
  • Prevent mis-selling, fraud or policy deviations within the network

7. MIS, Analytics and Performance Tracking

  • Track partner-wise sales, approvals, activations and payouts
  • Maintain accurate MIS and dashboards
  • Identify high and low performing partners and take corrective actions

8. Field Activity and Market Coverage

  • Conduct regular field visits to key DSAs and partners
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential partners
  • Maintain strong market presence

9. Revenue and Profitability Management

  • Optimize partner commission and incentive structures
  • Ensure healthy ROI and profitability of the network
  • Control operational and acquisition costs

10. Brand Representation and Ethics

  • Represent company and bank brands professionally
  • Ensure ethical selling and transparent communication
  • Build credibility and trust within the DSA ecosystem

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
