Credit Card Calling Executive

• 1. City Level Sales Performance

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly credit card sales targets within the assigned city
• Sell multi-bank credit cards including HDFC, Axis, SBI, ICICI and others
• Maintain balanced performance across different banks and card variants
• Focus on quality approvals and payout generation

2. Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition

• Generate self sourced leads through open market activities
• Cover residential societies, offices, corporates, malls and marketplaces
• Build strong referral network within the city
• Convert leads into approved credit card applications

3. Customer Interaction and Sales Pitch

• Explain credit card features, benefits, fees and charges clearly
• Pitch the right card based on customer profile and eligibility
• Handle objections and close sales ethically
• Ensure positive customer experience

4. Documentation and Eligibility Verification

• Collect complete and correct KYC and income documents
• Verify customer eligibility as per bank guidelines
• Avoid fake, incomplete or non-compliant documentation
• Follow all DSA, bank and RBI norms

5. Follow Ups and Application Tracking

• Follow up with customers for pending documents or verification
• Track application status until approval or rejection
• Coordinate with back office to resolve case issues

6. Field Activity and Area Coverage

• Conduct daily field visits as per city coverage plan
• Ensure consistent market presence across assigned areas
• Identify high potential zones within the city

7. Reporting and MIS

• Submit daily sales and activity reports
• Update CRM or trackers accurately and on time
• Share market feedback and competitor information

8. Compliance, Ethics and Brand Representation

• Maintain ethical selling practices at all times
• Avoid mis-selling or false commitments
• Represent company and bank brands professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
