Title: Credit Associate

Location : Bangalore - onsite

Duration : 12 Months

** Notice period - Immediate joiner preferred / 30 days max

Requirements:

• Graduate with a Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in managing Syndication and FI facility operations.

• Possess an accounting background with knowledge on reconciliation processes

• Good knowledge on various banking products & services and its operations.

• Technology oriented.

• Good communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.

• Credit Facility Limits are released and maintained in line with the credit approvals / documentation unit release instructions.

• Ensure interest rates, earmarking, reallocation and reinstatement of limits are correctly updated in line with approved terms and conditions.

• Ensure Syndication and FI facility related disbursements, fee recoveries, rollover, settlements, interest/profit adjustments instructions are executed in an accurate and timely manner.

• Ensure all data of the Syndication and FI facilities are accurately recorded in the relevant monitoring and control files / systems.

• Periodical review of portfolio balances against the records of Agent Banks and ensure there are no discrepancy of records. Any discrepancy to be escalated to Agent Banks / internal stakeholders for immediate rectification.

• Monitor sundry and nostro accounts pertaining to Syndication and FI facilities and ensure outstanding items are reconciled / justified in a timely manner.

• Maintain trackers for the assigned portfolio to ensure all time bound activities are actioned in a timely manner.

• Escalate any system / process irregularities in a timely manner.

• Carryout periodic control testing on selected samples based on the defined control testing methodology.

• All Risks and related controls of the unit’s activities are identified in the RCSA and is maintained up to date.

• Ensure “Zero” operational losses.

• Ensure no audit findings.
