Job Description

You will be responsible for managing debt collection activities and supporting the Accounts Receivable function as a Credit & Collections Analyst at HireRight. Your main duties will include achieving company goals, maintaining overdue percentages, following up with customers via calls and emails, and ensuring timely collections. Your professionalism, trustworthiness, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently will be crucial in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform effective debt collection activities on small size customers through calls and emails - Manage a portfolio of clients, monitor and ensure timely recovery of accounts receivable according to company policies - Analyze and determine the root cause of collection issues, build relationships with stakeholders - Report significant past due accounts and potential impact on collections - Provide constant updates on account status - Resolve customer inquiries in SalesForce queue and general inbox - Categorize collection issues, resolve them with internal departments, and document actions in the accounting system - Prioritize daily tasks and collection actions to decrease past due balances - Conduct balance and AR reconciliations with customers according to credit policies - Explain accounts receivable policies and procedures to internal and external stakeholders - Utilize detailed and summary level collection reports - Perform other assigned duties in a positive manner **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred - Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English - Highly organized, detail-oriented, with great follow-up and follow-through skills - Solution-oriented with a sense of urgency - Strong computer skills, intermediate knowledge in Excel - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing business needs - Ability to work independently, apply analytical thinking in complex environments, adhere to processes and guidelines - Strong confidentiality standards - Customer service-related experience is advantageous - B2B collections experience highly preferred - SalesForce experience is advantageous - Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is advantageous - Ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization Please submit your resume/CV in English for consideration.
