Credentialing Process Expert (night shift)

As a Provider Credentialing Specialist at Globelance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of provider credentials. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing activities for providers during night shifts, including application processing, primary source verification (PSV), and CAQH record maintenance. - Validating licensure, board certifications, malpractice history, work history, and sanctions; documenting findings and escalating discrepancies per SOPs. - Maintaining and updating credentialing databases and software to ensure files are audit-ready and compliant with NCQA/URAC standards. - Coordinating with providers, credentialing managers, and internal teams to request missing documents, schedule verifications, and close open items within SLA. - Supporting quality assurance and audit activities by preparing reports, reconciling provider rosters, monitoring expiries, and triggering renewals to avoid network gaps.
