Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creator Manager based in Kochi, with some work from home acceptable. The Creator Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with digital creators, overseeing influencer campaigns, and coordinating social media activities. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying brand opportunities, strategizing content plans, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to align with marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, and Social Media Management
• Ability to create and manage content strategies and digital marketing campaigns
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with creators
• Proficient in using social media platforms and familiar with digital media trends
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a hybrid role with flexibility in managing time between office and remote work
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
