Job Title: Creator & Influencer Manager

Location: Indore (Work from Office)

Experience: Fresher – 6 months

• Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their teams.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns – from brief sharing, negotiations, to final content delivery.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, and ROI.
• Stay updated with trends, memes, and viral content to suggest fresh campaign ideas.
• Assist in creating campaign reports for clients.
• Support the marketing team with brainstorming and ideation for social media campaigns.
• Create short-form videos or assist in video content creation for campaigns when required.
• Comfortable shooting and creating UGC (User Generated Content) videos featuring yourself when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Freshers or up to 6 months of relevant experience can apply.
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for tracking campaigns.
• Creative thinker with a passion for influencer marketing and content creation.
• Ability to shoot, edit, or assist in creating engaging short-form videos, including videos of yourself for UGC campaigns.
