Role Description

This is an exciting full-time on-site role for a Creative Teacher based in Pune. The Creative Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging STEAM-based lesson plans, conducting interactive teaching sessions, and encouraging innovation and problem-solving among students. Daily tasks include hands-on training with students, customizing lessons to meet diverse learning needs, and fostering a collaborative and creative learning environment to ignite curiosity in STEAM subjects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to craft innovative and customized educational content
• Strong background in Education with a focus on STEAM fields
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Teaching and Training with a focus on interactive and hands-on techniques
• Passion for creativity and inspiring students to think critically
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM, Arts, or a related field
• Prior experience in STEAM education is a plus
• Organizational skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning environments
