About the Role: At Shuttercraft Studios, we collaborate with leading fashion and lifestyle brands, each with distinct creative needs. As a Creative Stylist you’ll work across varied projects including model shoots, product flat lays, videos, and AI-assisted imagery. This role requires strong design thinking, adaptability, and an eye for detail. You’ll interpret diverse brand aesthetics into compelling visuals, while also using AI tools to enhance storytelling. What You’ll Do: Style across product flat lays, model shoots, video reels, and campaign imagery for fashion, lifestyle, and retail brands. Take end-to-end ownership of styling: from mood boards, references, sourcing, and pre-production planning to on-set execution. Bring a design-thinking approach to each project, adapting to varied client briefs and ensuring styling supports the brand narrative. Collaborate with photographers, directors, post-production team, freelancers etc to translate ideas into actionable plan. Collaborate with AI designer and use various AI tools for concept generation, visual references, or background creation. Contribute to our hybrid workflows, where real product/model shoots are blended with AI-generated visuals for fresh, elevated results. Stay updated with trends in fashion, styling, color, material, and image direction . Manage and lead on-set styling, adapting quickly and creatively during shoots. Who You Are: 3+ years of experience as a stylist in a creative studio, brand content team, or fashion production agency . Strong portfolio of product and model styling across varied formats, including static, motion, and editorial. Proficient with design thinking and visual storytelling . Comfortable using or learning AI tools to complement styling ideas and concept development. Organized, adaptive, and ready to think on your feet during fast-paced shoots.
