As a Creative Strategist at Trzy Innovationz, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the visions of our clients and the creative executions that we deliver. Your primary responsibility will involve devising innovative strategies that harmoniously blend storytelling, design, and technology to craft unforgettable brand experiences. Your key duties will include developing comprehensive creative strategies that are in sync with client objectives and make use of Trzy's diverse service offerings. You will be tasked with generating unique event themes, marketing campaigns, and experiential activations through ideation and conceptualization. Collaborating closely with teams across various functions such as design, production, and technology will be essential in bringing these concepts to life. Client engagement will be a significant aspect of your role, wherein you will present ideas and strategies to clients, incorporating their feedback to refine and enhance the creative solutions proposed. It will also be imperative for you to stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural movements to draw inspiration and inform creative approaches. To excel in this position, you should ideally possess at least 3-6 years of experience in a creative strategy role within advertising, event management, or experiential marketing agencies. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is required. Strong storytelling abilities, proficiency in creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, and excellent communication skills are essential. Moreover, familiarity with technologies such as holography, drone shows, CGI, and projection mapping will be advantageous.
