Collaborating closely with teams across various functions such as design, production, and technology will be essential in bringing these concepts to life. Client engagement will be a significant aspect of your role, wherein you will present ideas and strategies to clients, incorporating their feedback to refine and enhance the creative solutions proposed. It will also be imperative for you to stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural movements to draw inspiration and inform creative approaches. To excel in this position, you should ideally possess at least 3-6 years of experience in a creative strategy role within advertising, event management, or experiential marketing agencies. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is required. Strong storytelling abilities, proficiency in creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, and excellent communication skills are essential. Moreover, familiarity with technologies such as holography, drone shows, CGI, and projection mapping will be advantageous.
