CREATIVE STRATEGIST

About the Role

strong background in copy writing and brand storytelling.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a copywriter in an advertising agency, having worked on brands, cracked big ideas, and contributed to successful pitches.

This role demands a thinker as much as a writer someone who can develop sharp concepts, challenge ideas, and transform briefs into powerful campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Ideation & Strategy

Develop campaign concepts and creative strategies across digital and offline platforms.

Contribute original ideas for brand campaigns, product launches, and performance marketing.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to elevate creative output.

Copywriting

Write high-performing ad copies for Meta and Google campaigns.

Develop scripts for direct-response ads, video content, and reels.

Craft engaging brand narratives, slogans, and campaign messaging.

Adapt writing styles for diverse audiences (Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X).

ollaboration & Execution

Work closely with designers, marketers, and performance teams to ensure creative synergy.

Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and pitches.

Provide strategic input to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Who Were Looking For

Experience & Skills

57 years of professional copy writing experience (preferably in an advertising agency).

Proven track record of creating impactful campaigns, winning pitches, and delivering ideas that move the needle.

Strong command of language, grammar, and storytelling.

Experience writing across multiple formats: digital ads, brand campaigns, scripts, and social media.

Industry & Audience Understanding

Interest in (or familiarity with) finance, trading, or fintech sectors is preferred.

Ability to craft content that resonates with both Gen Z and Gen X audiences in global markets (primarily US and UK).

Mindset & Attributes

A creative thinker who thrives on collaboration and challenges.

Someone who is confident to question ideas and suggest stronger alternatives.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Bonus: Prior experience working closely with designers and marketing teams.
