Creative Strategist

As a Creative Strategist specializing in Performance Ads for a kids learning app, you will be responsible for leading the development of ad creatives across platforms such as Meta, IronSource, Unity, and more. Your role will involve researching trends, generating innovative concepts, and overseeing testing processes to optimize installations. This position combines strategic thinking, creativity, and data analysis to drive growth effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze top-performing ads, industry trends, and identify pain points of parents to inform creative strategy. - Develop engaging hooks, formats, and messaging directions for ad creatives. - Lead creative testing initiatives, iterate on successful campaigns, and refine strategies accordingly. - Collaborate with designers and editors to communicate briefs and oversee production processes. - Work closely with the growth/user acquisition team to align creative efforts with overall objectives. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance creative or growth content roles. - Proficiency in various platforms such as Meta, Unity, etc., along with a strong understanding of metrics like CTR, CVR, and IPM. - Possess sharp creative instincts, research skills, and the ability to generate innovative ideas. - Self-starter mentality with a willingness to experiment, learn from tests, and adapt strategies accordingly.
