Creative Strategist

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can shape and drive our brand’s storytelling on Instagram and YouTube. If you’re someone who knows how to make content trend, understands what works with students, and can script content that builds both engagement and brand presence, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Develop content strategies that align with brand objectives and resonate with our audience.
• Create concepts, scripts, and storylines for Instagram reels, shorts, and YouTube videos.
• Plan and position the brand across digital platforms to maximize engagement and follower growth.
• Research and track trends, memes, and viral formats, and integrate them into our strategy.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and video creators to bring your ideas to life.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for reach, relevance, and retention.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who has built their own social media presence (30K+ followers preferred) OR has experience handling brand social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube ecosystems, audience behavior, and content formats.
• A creative thinker with sharp storytelling instincts and scriptwriting skills.
• Ability to spot trends early and turn them into impactful campaigns.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in creative strategy, social media management, or brand building.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
