Role Overview:
As a Creative Strategist , you will be the drivingforce behind the creative and thematic vision of our corporate events. You willown the process of ideating, designing, and visualizing immersive eventexperiences aligned with client brand guidelines. You will collaborate with internalcreative and production teams to ensure a seamless flow from pitch deck toon-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Ideation & Pitch Development
- Conceptualize creative event themes, storytelling formats, and brand-aligned experiences for corporate events.
- Create compelling and visually appealing pitch decks tailored to client briefs.
- Design event narratives, flow, and engagement journeys, bringing strategy and design together.
Design & Content Strategy
- Develop concepts for stage design, entrance archways, installations, photo-op zones, etc.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative event collaterals invites, lanyards, backdrops, menus, and more.
- Create design guidelines and reference boards for internal teams and vendors.
Screen Content & Multimedia Coordination
- Work closely with the in-house creative and video team to develop:
- Curtain raiser films
- Speaker intro videos
- Event teasers & countdown timers
- LED screen content and motion graphics
- Develop branded PowerPoint templates and presentation flows for clients and internal teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the creative bridge between the client servicing, design, video, and event production teams.
- Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure design feasibility and brand integration across all touchpoints.
- Review and approve final content to be shown on LED screens and other digital surfaces during the event.
On-Ground Creative Alignment
- Brief production teams and vendors to ensure on-ground execution matches the proposed creative vision.
- Conduct dry runs, AV checks, and provide creative direction on-site as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 4 years of experience in event strategy, creative direction, or experiential marketing (preferably in an event agency).
- Strong portfolio showcasing pitch decks, theme ideation, and event experience design.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and basic understanding of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Sharp understanding of brand guidelines and how to translate them into live event formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think both strategically and creatively, with a keen eye for detail.
- Team player with strong project management and time management skills.
