Creative Producer

Content Production (Your Core Mission)

• Own day-to-day content production for

  stand-up comedians

  ,

  in-house social media

  , and

  brand clients

• Manage shoots, edits, deadlines, and delivery. Basically, make sure content goes out on time and on point
• Coordinate with editors, shooters, comedians, designers, and sometimes… confused clients

Creative + Strategy

• Translate briefs into clear content plans (and make vague ideas usable)
• Maintain quality, tone, and consistency across different creators and brands
• Keep content fresh, relevant, and scroll-stopping

AI Projects & Pitches (The Fun Future Stuff)

• Kickstart and manage

  AI-led content experiments

  (AI tools, workflows, formats)
• Work with the founders on

  AI-focused pitches, decks, and proof-of-concept ideas

• Help Unnaggi stay ahead of the curve, not chase trends 6 months late

Production Management

• Plan shoot schedules, post-production timelines, and release calendars
• Ensure edits don’t get stuck in “final_final_v3_real_final” mode
• Keep everyone aligned, accountable, and moving

• You understand

  content, comedy, and internet culture

• You can manage people

  without micromanaging

• You’re organised, but not boring
• You’ve worked in

  digital content / production / agencies / creator ecosystems

• You’re curious about

  AI tools

  and excited to use them creatively (not scared of them)

• Have worked with

  stand-up comedians or creators

• Can write basic pitch decks or content proposals
• Know tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Frame.io, Slack, etc.
• Can think both creatively

  operationally
