Digital Creative Senior Producer

Creative Experiences (Creative X) is a global, integrated creative agency that drives the creative vision for our brands and how they are perceived in the world. We develop all consumer brand content and experiences for the company including hardware and software products plus family of social media apps like Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp.

The team collaborates with top-tier creative agencies and production partners to execute strategic campaigns and experiences to further the company’s mission for connection.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with creative teams and creative agencies to bid, award and execute best in class work.
• Work closely with program management and marketers to secure alignment and reach campaign goals.
• Work closely with UK and US based production teams to drive creative consistency, knowledge share, and global campaign coordination.
• Deliver mixed deliverable assets including on platform/social media formats including stills, animation and live action video.
• Push on innovation within formats to create break through and memorable creative work
• Set project schedules, and manage calendars for highly specialized creative workers, including both internal creative teams and/or external partners
• Negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates and related parameters

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with problem solving around challenging schedules, comfort with agile/nimble production
• Comfortable managing both production companies directly and overseeing creative agency partners if needed.
• Tracking and excited about the developments AI is bringing to creative production
• Resilience and a can-do attitude, and a positive personality to add to the existing team spirit.
• 8-10 Years experience producing complex film and video projects
• Experience bidding and shooting in India and Europe
• Experience working at Mumbai based creative agency, or UK/US based creative agencies (preferred)
• Ability to help tell a well-crafted story in writing and/or video
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must be eligible to work in India
