Job Title: Producer – Production Team

Role Overview: Producer as part of the production team for social media content, including governance, leader elevation, trolls, and trend-based campaigns. The role requires strong creative vision, scriptwriting skills, and production management experience, along with knowledge of AI-driven concepts and modern content creation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conceptualize and develop AI-based concepts, scripts, and innovative storytelling ideas for social media.

· Write concept-based scripts tailored for short-form, long-form, and campaign content.

· Plan and oversee shoot productions – from pre-production (scripting, storyboarding) to execution and post-production.

· Coordinate with designers, editors, and content writers to deliver engaging content.

· Stay updated with trends and integrate creative, timely ideas into campaigns.

Requirements:

· Experience: 3–5 years in creative production, media, or digital content creation.

· Strong skills in conceptual storytelling, script writing, and campaign ideation.

· Knowledge/experience in AI content creation tools for scripting or visuals.

· Hands-on familiarity with editing/design tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) preferred.

· Proven experience in shoot production management.

· Graduate in Media, Visual Communication, Arts, or related field preferred.

· Strong communication, and multi-project management skills.
