Creative Producer

As a Creative Producer - Content & Shoot Strategy, your role will involve end-to-end planning, coordination, model and influencer hunting, and execution of brand shoots and creative campaigns in the lifestyle, fashion, and jewellery segments. You should have a strong sense of visual storytelling and brand alignment to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and visual directions tailored to each brand's identity. - Strategize and plan shoots, including script/storyboard creation, location scouting, model selection, and prop planning. - Lead on-ground shoot activities and coordinate with photographers, videographers, stylists, makeup artists, and production teams. - Supervise content production to ensure brand consistency across platforms. - Stay updated with industry trends, innovate creative output, and align with client brand goals. - Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand creative briefs and ensure satisfaction with final deliverables. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in creative production, content creation, or brand shoots. - Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of lifestyle, fashion, and luxury brand communication. - Excellent organizational and project management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and deliver within timelines. - Proficiency in creative tools like Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a plus. - Willingness to travel for shoots as required.,
