Creative Producer

We’re Hiring: Creative Producer (Full-Time) 

📍 Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

🕒 Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (and shoot days)

🎥 Experience: 2-3 years

💲 Salary: 30k-40k per month

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a sharp, driven Creative Producer to join us full-time at deepxasleep (dxp). This is a dynamic, hands-on role that spans content ideation, scripting support, deck creation, and on-ground shoot coordination. You’ll work closely with both creative and production teams to bring ideas to life, from concept to final cut.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Proven experience in production management

✅ Strong deck-making skills (PowerPoint / Canva)

✅ experience with content ideation, scripting, and treatment development

✅ A sharp creative instinct and ability to thrive in fast-paced shoot environments

✅ Strong communication and team collaboration skills
