Creative Producer (beauty/fashion)

Role Overview:

We're seeking a Creative Producer to lead the full cycle of content production — from ideation to execution — across video shoots, Reels, YouTube content, UGC-style scripts, and more. You’ll collaborate with internal and external teams to craft platform-first, brand-aligned content that drives engagement and impact. If you love working on high-energy shoots, researching trends, and turning insights into powerful visuals and scripts — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end video shoots – planning, scripting, directing, and coordinating
• Write UGC-style video scripts that feel authentic, platform-native, and engaging
• Ideate and produce content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form YouTube videos, and product explainers
• Conduct content and audience research to inform ideation and trend alignment
• Plan and execute lifestyle, campaign, and product shoots (photo + video)
• Create and optimize off-video content like thumbnails, titles, captions, hashtags, and post-copy
• Collaborate with stylists, models, editors, and videographers to bring stories to life
• Ensure all content is brand-compliant and platform-optimized for maximum reach

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on creative production experience in D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
• Strong portfolio of video shoots, UGC content, and short-form video assets
• Deep familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and trending content formats
• Excellent storytelling, scripting, and aesthetic sensibility
• Strong project management, multitasking, and coordination skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
