Creative Media Design Intern

Mission Sustainability is seeking a Graphic Design Intern who brings not just skill, but purpose. This is a role for someone who understands that visual design can influence mindsets, shift narratives, and support real-world action. The intern will work directly with the core creative team to design project proposals, event visuals, campaign graphics, and digital assets. Every design created will directly contribute to India's environmental movement—used across corporate boardrooms, on-ground events, urban forests, and impact reports. This is a full-time internship that demands focus, creativity, and a strong sense of responsibility. Responsibilities: Design project proposals, reports, presentations, and funding decks for partners and CSR stakeholders Create event banners, posters, on-ground visibility materials, and campaign visuals Design website and social media collaterals with strong branding consistency Work with the content and operations team to convert briefs into impactful design Maintain brand guidelines across all visual output Deliver projects on time with attention to detail and adaptability Skills Required: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator , Figma , and Canva Strong grasp of layout design, visual hierarchy, and typography Hands-on experience in creating both print and digital content Ability to understand briefs and contribute proactively to creative discussions Fast learner with strong execution skills and a detail-oriented mindset Non-Negotiables: Must have participated in environmental initiatives —volunteering, plantation drives, clean-up activities, campaigns, or similar Must be able to work from the office 4 days a week Deep alignment with sustainability, climate action, and the mission of regenerating the planet A doer mindset with commitment to deadlines and quality What we offer: Opportunity to work on projects that make a real impact on the ground and in policy circles A high-energy, purpose-driven team committed to environmental change Exposure to strategic projects with government bodies, corporates, and changemakers Strong mentorship and learning environment focused on execution and growth 📩 To apply , send your portfolio and resume to ketul@missionsustainability.org Design work that moves people—and the planet.
