Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Creative Marketing Client Services Manager. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing solutions to meet client needs. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal creative and designing team, addressing client requirements, analyzing feedback and reviewing the creatives, and facilitating communication to maintain excellent client service. The role also requires a focus on implementing creative marketing strategies to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Client Services with a customer-centric approach
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Customer Service, with a track record of managing client relationships effectively
• Leadership abilities and effective team collaboration skills
• Experience in creative marketing with Designing Team.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
