Creative Lead

You are looking for a visionary Creative Lead to shape the future of learning experiences across EdTech and eLearning initiatives. Your responsibilities will include owning the creative vision for digital learning products, collaborating with various stakeholders, leading video production, designing multimedia assets, building interactive eLearning modules, researching and integrating AI platforms, optimizing production workflows, scouting emerging tech trends, anticipating challenges, and ensuring content accessibility and inclusivity. Qualifications required for this role are a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Multimedia Production, or related field, along with 5+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership within EdTech or eLearning environments. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, eLearning authoring tools, integrating AI solutions, instructional design models, and adult learning principles is essential. Your skills should include expertise in storyboarding & wireframing, video production & editing, eLearning authoring & SCORM integration, AI/ML workflows, project management & resource allocation, and ensuring accessibility & inclusivity in multimedia content.
