Lead and manage a team of creative professionals with accountability and strong leadership skills. Develop and execute creative solutions that enhance campaign strategies. Collaborate with the Business Development team to craft compelling, value-driven interactive strategies and pitch presentations to convert clients. Conduct research and stay ahead of Digital & New Media trends and competitor activities to refine and enhance offerings. Foster strong client relationships through proactive ideation and creative leadership. Skills & Qualifications: Strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities. Deep understanding of socio-political landscapes and pop culture. Proven experience in managing creative teams with accountability. Expertise in developing creative solutions and collaborating on strategic pitches. Strong research skills to track industry trends and competition.
