Creative Lead (Ad Scripts & Videos)

As a Creative Lead, your role is to conceptualize and craft compelling ad scripts that drive sales by leveraging your expertise in D2C brand communication, consumer psychology, and performance-driven storytelling. You will lead a team of scriptwriters to ensure high-impact content delivery consistently. Key Responsibilities: - Creative Research & Strategy - Thoroughly research products to understand core value proposition, market demand, and consumer behavior. - Stay updated on advertising trends, competitor campaigns, and successful ad formats. - Analyze top-performing global and Indian D2C ads to develop new scripts. - Identify content gaps and opportunities for impactful storytelling. - Script Writing & Concept Development - Write impactful ad scripts for various marketing channels. - Develop emotionally compelling narratives that drive viewer conversion. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with brand objectives. - Team Leadership & Quality Control - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of scriptwriters and creative strategists. - Review scripts to ensure clear and impactful messaging. - Provide training on brand communication, ad psychology, and storytelling frameworks. - Establish creative guidelines for consistent messaging across all content. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with marketing, growth, design, and production teams to create high-performing creatives. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning. Qualifications & Skills: - 4+ years of experience in creative writing, ad content development, or brand storytelling. - Proven track record in D2C brand advertising and performance-led content. - Experience in influencer scripts, UGC content, testimonial scripts, and TVC scriptwriting. - Ability to research, analyze, and replicate successful ad structures. - Strong leadership skills with previous team management experience. - Excellent command of English/Hindi for persuasive communication. - Deep understanding of consumer psychology, digital ads, and storytelling frameworks.,
