Creative Head

We are looking for a visionary Creative Head to lead our creative team across all brand touchpoints—from digital campaigns to product visuals and storytelling. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and team leadership. You will set the creative direction, maintain consistency across platforms, and ensure every asset created aligns with our brand’s voice and drives business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the visual identity and creative strategy of the brand
• Lead a team of graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and motion artists
• Oversee end-to-end creative development: from concept to delivery across ads, website, packaging, social media, and product shoots
• Work closely with performance marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure creatives support growth goals
• Manage and maintain brand guidelines across all consumer and internal-facing communication
• Collaborate with founders and key stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into strong creative direction
• Stay on top of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to keep creative output fresh and effective

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Electronics City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
