We are looking for a visionary Creative Head to lead our creative team across all brand touchpoints—from digital campaigns to product visuals and storytelling. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and team leadership. You will set the creative direction, maintain consistency across platforms, and ensure every asset created aligns with our brand’s voice and drives business results. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive the visual identity and creative strategy of the brand Lead a team of graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and motion artists Oversee end-to-end creative development: from concept to delivery across ads, website, packaging, social media, and product shoots Work closely with performance marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure creatives support growth goals Manage and maintain brand guidelines across all consumer and internal-facing communication Collaborate with founders and key stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into strong creative direction Stay on top of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to keep creative output fresh and effective Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Electronics City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
