Job Title: Creative Head Location: Noida Shift Timing: IST or US Shift (as per project needs) Experience: 5+ Years Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skills The Creative Head will be responsible for shaping the creative vision and execution of all brand-related assets, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. This role requires strong visual storytelling ability, cross-platform design leadership, and an innovative mindset aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead creative strategy for campaigns, branding, digital marketing, and corporate communications Manage and mentor a team of designers, content creators, and multimedia specialists Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, videos, presentations, and website designs Maintain consistency in visual identity across regions and business verticals Collaborate with leadership, sales, and recruitment teams to craft compelling messaging and visuals Ensure all creatives meet performance, engagement, and branding goals Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years in creative leadership or senior art director role Strong portfolio demonstrating cross-platform campaigns and visual branding Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and motion tools Excellent understanding of B2B marketing and digital storytelling Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment Nice to Have Experience in recruitment, staffing, or enterprise services Working knowledge of video editing, animation, and campaign performance tracking Exposure to global or multilingual branding projects
