Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a creative professionals who brings both aesthetic flair and a deep understanding of digital marketing dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in designing digital content and editing videos that engage audiences and drive marketing objectives. If you are adept at transforming marketing strategies into compelling ads, email campaigns, social media graphics, and video content promptly without receiving any guidance and coming up with your own creativity, we would love to hear from you.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a wide range of digital marketing materials, including online ads, email campaigns, newsletters, social media graphics, website design mockups, and other digital content.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content, including promotional videos, social media reels, ads, and other video assets.
• Ensure all digital designs and video content are optimized for various platforms and comply with brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital design, video editing, and marketing to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with other designers, project managers, and external agencies to ensure a cohesive digital presence.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, prioritizing tasks and adhering to deadlines effectively.
• Deliver projects on time, ensuring they meet client expectations and quality standards.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the team and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Qualifications:

• Proven graphic design and video editing experience with a strong portfolio featuring diverse digital marketing assets and video content.
• Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or similar platforms, as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for more advanced projects.
• Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, online advertising, and video marketing.
• Ability to create engaging video content, including motion graphics, animations, and basic visual effects, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate your creative vision and how it aligns with marketing goals.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects with attention to detail.
• A background in marketing, digital media, or video production is highly desirable.

NOTE:

• Candidates who have a minimum availability of 5 hours per day during daytime hours between

9 AM - 8 PM and can work on various projects as assigned will be preferred.

• This role requires timely delivery of projects as per client expectations and deadlines.
• The ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain high-quality standards is essential.
• This is a remote freelance position. The hours and workload may vary based on project needs. Compensation will be based on projects alloted.
• Looking to hire 2 Designers and 2 Video Editors ASAP.
