Role : Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer

Core Responsibilities :

Come up with unique, appealing & clean iconography in collaboration with founder
Come up with content considering all users in collaboration with founder
Design digital marketing creatives (ads, social media posts, emails, landing pages).
Collaborate with marketing teams to interpret campaign goals into visuals.
Understand digital KPIs (CTR, engagement, conversions) and optimize creatives accordingly.
Maintain brand consistency across digital assets.

Required Skills :

MUST HAVE : Design

OPTIONAL : Marketing

What we are also looking for :

Self motivated & eagerness to learn is a
must have
Curious about audience behavior, data-driven creativity, collaborative
Ability to multi task

Experience :

At least a year of hands on working experience ( excluding internship ) as a full time graphic designer is
definitely required and non negotiable
Experience in digital marketing is a great add on
Experience in content writing in a great add on
