What You’ll Do

Who We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years

  of design experience (agency/startup preferred)
• Strong understanding of

  typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color theory

• Good taste in internet-led aesthetics (modern, premium, Gen-Z friendly)
• Fast execution + ability to handle feedback without defensiveness
• Portfolio that shows

  clarity, structure, direction, and aesthetic sense

• Must take

  ownership & accountability,

  not just “complete tasks”
