🧠 Strong visual taste + storytelling skills (you know what looks premium and what looks mid)

🎥 Hands-on experience with AI video/image generation tools and workflows

🛠️ Comfortable with fast iteration, prompt testing, and output refinement

📱 Deep understanding of short-form content formats (Reels/Shorts/Ads)

⚡ Ability to convert raw ideas into cinematic, high-retention visual sequences

🗣️ Clear communication — you can explain your creative logic + prompt choices

🧩 Turn scripts/ideas into scene breakdowns + consistent visual narratives

✍️ Write, test, and refine prompts to hit exact style + output requirements

🛠️ Build repeatable GenAI workflows for faster content production

📈 Collaborate with the marketing team to produce viral creatives & performance ads

🔍 Track trends in GenAI tools and recommend new capabilities to improve speed/quality

📂 Maintain a clean prompt library + reusable style systems for each brand
