Role Overview

Creative Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze

  fashion trends

  to create unique, market-relevant designs.
• Conceptualize and develop

  original designs

  for professional, party, and Indo-fusion wear.
• Create and deliver

  detailed tech packs

  for production and sampling.
• Develop

  2D/3D illustrations, sketches, and mood boards

  to visualize ideas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to source fabrics, review samples, and ensure manufacturability.
• Ensure

  timely delivery

  of assigned collections and design outputs.

Required Qualities & Skills

  – strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, embroidery, and finishing.

Preferred Background:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in

  Fashion Design

  (NIFT, NID, or other reputed institutes preferred).

• 3–4 years of professional experience

  in apparel/fashion design.
• Proficiency in

  fashion design tools, sketching, and illustration software

  .
• Strong portfolio demonstrating

  originality and versatility

  .

Compensation

• ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

  (based on skills and experience).

• Performance-based bonuses
