Role Overview We are seeking a Creative Fashion Designer who combines strong creativity with ownership and professionalism . The right candidate should not only design but also take responsibility for bringing concepts to life while aligning with brand goals. Key Responsibilities Research and analyze fashion trends to create unique, market-relevant designs. Conceptualize and develop original designs for professional, party, and Indo-fusion wear. Create and deliver detailed tech packs for production and sampling. Develop 2D/3D illustrations, sketches, and mood boards to visualize ideas. Collaborate with internal teams to source fabrics, review samples, and ensure manufacturability. Ensure timely delivery of assigned collections and design outputs. Required Qualities & Skills We expect the candidate to bring not just design skills but also: Ownership mindset – work as if the brand is your own, taking full accountability for outcomes. Strong communication skills – clearly present ideas and collaborate effectively with the team. On-time delivery – respect timelines and ensure punctual execution of assigned projects. Problem-solving attitude – think creatively to overcome design and execution challenges. Industry expertise – strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, embroidery, and finishing. Preferred Background: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT, NID, or other reputed institutes preferred). 3–4 years of professional experience in apparel/fashion design. Proficiency in fashion design tools, sketching, and illustration software . Strong portfolio demonstrating originality and versatility . Compensation ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience). Performance-based bonuses for exceptional designs and contributions. Why Join Us?
