Key Responsibilities: Lead Creative Vision: Own the creative vision for the brand across all platforms—digital, print, video, experiential, and social media. Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team including graphic designers, copywriters, art directors, videographers, and freelancers. Campaign Development: Oversee concepting, execution, and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns from ideation through final execution. Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve brand identity and guidelines; ensure all content is aligned with brand voice, tone, and visual style. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Executive teams to align creative work with business objectives. Client & Stakeholder Presentations: Present creative concepts to stakeholders with confidence and clarity, incorporating feedback into future iterations. Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of creative, design, and cultural trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant. Budget Management: Manage creative budget, allocate resources efficiently, and oversee vendor relationships when applicable.
