About the Role:

We’re looking for a Creative Director who can lead the creative narrative across projects — from concept to final cut. This role calls for a strong visual thinker who’s just as comfortable making pitch decks as they are giving on-set direction or feedback in post.

Key Responsibilities:

Pitch & Pre-Production:

Lead the creation of pitch decks, visual references, and treatment notes for brand campaigns and shoots.

Build moodboards and concept references aligned with the client and director's vision.

Work closely with producers to drive Pre-Production Meetings (PPM).

On Set Support:

Assist the director during shoots with blocking, styling feedback, and overall creative decisions.

Ensure the set stays aligned with the original creative intent and brand tone.

Post Production Oversight:

Be the key liaison for reviewing rough cuts, edits, color grading, music, and graphics.

Provide consolidated creative feedback that aligns with client and internal expectations.

Creative Direction:

Own the visual storytelling and design language across campaigns.

Help in building compelling presentations for client pitches and internal reviews.

Ensure consistency in the aesthetic and narrative across all touchpoints.

Who You Are:

A strong eye for composition, design, and storytelling.

Proficient in tools like Keynote, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator) and/or Figma.

Highly collaborative and comfortable working with directors, editors, stylists, and producers.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, visually-led environment.

Experience in advertising, production houses, or creative agencies is a big plus.
