As a Creative Director (Science Visualiser) for our science-backed wellness brand, you will play a crucial role in shaping the creative direction and visual narrative of the brand. Your passion for design, storytelling, and scientific communication will be key in translating complex scientific concepts into visually stunning content across various platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead Visual Direction: Own and develop the creative vision and design language for the brand, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms such as digital, packaging, retail, social media, and video. - Science into Story: Collaborate closely with scientific and product teams to simplify technical information into elegant visual narratives that appeal to a broader audience. - Team Leadership: Inspire, manage, and mentor a team of designers, video editors, illustrators, and freelancers, fostering a creative culture centered on curiosity, quality, and originality. - Moodboards to Microscope: Create aesthetic frameworks and guide art teams in visualizing microscopic details, molecular structures, or 3D health animations effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - Visual storyteller with a profound interest in science, wellness, and design. - Strong portfolio demonstrating creative work, particularly in scientific, health, beauty, wellness, or tech fields. - Minimum of 10 years of creative experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership position. - Background in design, visual communication, or art direction, preferably with experience in science communication or health-tech/wellness industries. - Proficiency in various visual storytelling formats such as static, animated, video, and immersive. - Skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiarity with 3D, motion design, or AI tools. - Naturally collaborative, curious, detail-oriented, and always seeking innovation. **Additional Company Details:** We are a brand that believes in the beauty of science and the importance of making wellness easily understandable.
