About the Role We re looking for a Creative Director who can set the vision, inspire teams, and push boundaries across digital, social, and traditional platforms. You ll be the driving force behind imaginative campaigns that not only meet the brief but spark conversations, move audiences, and deliver real business impact. This role isn t just about creative direction it s about shaping culture, mentoring talent, and ensuring our work always stands out.
What You ll Do (aka Your Superpowers) - Lead and inspire designers, copywriters, and content creators to bring bold ideas to life.
- Translate client briefs into imaginative, effective campaigns that break clutter.
- Collaborate with account, strategy, and media teams to align creativity with business goals.
- Pitch and present ideas to clients with clarity, conviction, and energy.
- Mentor creative talent, nurturing a culture of collaboration and experimentation.
- Oversee multiple campaigns and accounts at once, balancing big ideas with timelines.
- Maintain and elevate creative standards across all agency work.
- Stay on top of trends, culture, and emerging tech to keep ideas fresh and relevant.
- Manage feedback loops without losing the integrity of the original vision.
- Be the creative face of the agency building client trust and strengthening relationships.
