Job Description

The Creative Director will lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative campaigns, ensuring alignment with project goals and audience expectations. This role requires a leader with expertise in storytelling, design, and campaign strategy.

Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership: Oversee the creative team, including designers, writers, and video editors, to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Concept Development: Lead brainstorming sessions to develop original ideas for campaigns across media formats.
Campaign Oversight: Ensure the consistent implementation of creative concepts across print, digital, and experiential platforms.
Vision Alignment: Work closely with the Digital marketing unit and maintain project integrity by ensuring that all creative outputs reflect the objectives.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, integrating innovative approaches into campaigns.

Preferred Qualification:

5+ years of experience in creative leadership roles.
Proven portfolio of high-impact campaigns in social or political domains.

Minimum Qualification:

Excellent knowledge in usage of Adobe tools viz., photoshop, premiere pro etc.
8+ years of experience in creative roles, with leadership experience preferred.
Exceptional storytelling and visual communication skills.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil.
