Creative Designer

Role Overview: As a Creative Designer at Xolopak India Ltd, you will be responsible for leading the visual and aesthetic direction of the brand. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in designing print, packaging, digital, and social media assets. You will play a key role in maintaining the brand's identity and creating engaging content across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Create original napkin print designs that resonate with the brand's identity. - Conceptualize and recommend packaging ideas, materials, and layouts. - Ensure consistency in the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints. - Design marketing collaterals including brochures, visiting cards, booth graphics, emailers, and logos. - Manage color palettes and maintain color consistency in all designs. - Provide guidance on visual harmony and aesthetic appeal in design elements. - Design visually compelling social media posts in line with the brand. - Collaborate with the marketing team on seasonal and campaign-based content creation. - Serve as a creative consultant for various departments requiring design input. - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to keep the brand relevant. - Manage a library of design assets and templates. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum 6 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably in consumer products or lifestyle brands. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). - Strong portfolio showcasing print, packaging, and digital design work. - Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
