About the Role:

We are looking for a **Creative Designer** to join our Marketing Team. This role requires a strong blend of **visual storytelling, graphic design, and video content creation**. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across **static, motion, and new-age digital formats**, and will bring a deep understanding of emerging design trends, digital platforms, and AI-powered creative tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Content Development:

• Design engaging static creatives, infographics, print, OOH, and ads aligned with brand guidelines
• Produce short-form videos, reels, motion graphics, and animations optimized for digital and retail platforms
• Adapt content across different **formats and platforms** (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, retail displays, websites, print, OOH etc.).

2. AI & New-Age Tools:

• Leverage **AI-powered design and video tools** (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Sora, Canva AI, Photoshop AI, After Effects AI tools, etc.) to create content faster and smarter.
• Stay ahead of **emerging formats** (AR filters, interactive content, immersive experiences)

3. Collaboration & Execution:

• Work closely with the marketing, content, and digital teams to **translate ideas into impactful campaigns**
• Ensure **brand consistency** while pushing the boundaries of creativity.
• Support*campaigns, events, product launches, and retail marketing initiatives** with fresh design assets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and video content creation
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Canva, New age AI tools
• Experience with **AI-based creative tools** and enthusiasm to experiment with new formats.
• Solid understanding of **social media formats, trends, and best practices**.
• Ability to handle **multiple projects under tight deadlines** with high attention to detail.
• A creative thinker who can bring **ideas to life visually**.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in digital-first brands, retail marketing, or renewable energy/tech industry (added advantage).
• Knowledge of 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema4D, etc.) or interactive media.
• Strong sense of **visual storytelling** for short-form videos
