Creative Designer

Job Roles

• Conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns and posts based on client or brand objectives.
• Design visual content (graphics, layouts, posts, banners, profile visuals) tailored for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, photographers, and marketing teams to develop holistic campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
• Present and revise design drafts and transform feedback into final deliverables.
• Participate in meetings to understand campaign goals, discuss creative briefs, and convey ideas.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain editorial and content calendars for social media initiatives.
• Research audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor strategies to optimize content effectiveness.
• Create engaging multimedia content (infographics, GIFs, animations, videos, memes), aligning with evolving platform requirements.
• Schedule, post, and monitor social media content, measuring performance and adapting strategies for better results.
• Ensure all visuals meet branding guidelines and enhance the brand’s visual identity.

Skills Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience required in designing.
• Strong proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, InDesign, HTML/CSS).
• Exceptional creativity and ideation skills for developing fresh concepts.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively and work within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
